Common questions.
What exactly does Gold access include?
Every feature on the platform with no counter attached: unlimited modules, unlimited quizzes per module, unlimited conferences and events, priority email support, weekly automated analysis, and the ability to invite three fellow faculty who also get Gold. Free for two full years from the day your invite is accepted.
Do you really give Gold free for two years?
Yes — to the first cohort of invited faculty. It is our way of thanking early testers who help us find bugs, pressure-test features, and spread the word. After the two years, you either continue on the free tier or start topping up credits — whichever suits your usage.
How does a credit actually get spent?
Free-tier accounts hit their limit at 3 modules or 3 quizzes-per-module. Beyond that: 2 credits to create a new module, 1 credit for an extra quiz, 1 credit per conference or event. 1 EUR = 1 credit, with volume-pack discounts.
What is the subsidised plan?
Institutions from developing and least-developed countries qualify for a subsidised tier: 5 modules, 5 quizzes per module, conferences and meeting scheduler free forever, and top-up credit packs at €5 per 20 credits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Invoicing is available for institutional purchases of 50+ credits. All prices are in EUR; Stripe handles currency conversion at your card issuer's rate.
Do credits expire?
Purchased-and-activated credit packs run for six months from activation. Signup grants and campaign credits do not expire.
What if I run out of credits mid-semester?
Nothing you have already created stops working. Existing modules keep taking attendance, existing quizzes keep running, existing exports keep exporting. You just cannot create a new module or quiz until you top up.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits within seven days of purchase — yes, full refund. Beyond seven days or once a credit has been spent, no. Standard SaaS-billing practice.
